The Honorable Raymond Otoko is a Representative in the Chuuk State Legislature, serving District #3 in the House of Representatives. A native of Fefen, Chuuk, he is a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia. He attended Pwene Elementary School on Fefen and later Southern Namoneas High School.
