Representative

Honorable Otoko Kannys was born on December 7, 1998. He has served as a Representative in the 18th Chuuk State Legislature for District No. 2, Tonoas Island, since April 16, 2025. Representative Kannys completed his secondary education at Saramen Chuuk Academy and pursued higher education at the College of Micronesia from 2016 to 2018.

As a member of the Chuuk State Legislature, he is dedicated to representing the interests of his constituents and advancing initiatives that support community development, education, economic growth, and public welfare. Representative Kannys continues to serve with integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to the people of Tonoas Island and Chuuk State.
