This comprehensive plan shall serve as the primary policy framework for the use of Sector Grants as provided for in the 2023 Amended Compact of Free Association. Furthermore, it shall also serve as a guideline for the use of grants from other funding sources other than Compact Sector Grants, ensuring alignment with Chuuk State Development priorities.
