To appropriate the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Six Dollars ($3,442,406.00) or so much thereof to the Disaster Relief Fund for the purpose of addressing the initial urgent humanitarian needs of the people of Chuuk State especially those severely affected by the tropical storm Sinlaku which cause severe destruction to the properties and livelihood of our people, and for other purposes.
