To amend Chapter 5 of CSL No. 3-95-18 also known as the Chuuk State Motor Vehicle Code of 1995, as amended by CSL No. 6-01-09, CSL No. 8-07-03, CSL No. 10-09-05 and CSL No. 11-12-15 by amending section 502 to require all vehicles operating on the highway to be equipped with headlights that produce a white light; inserting a new section 509 to prohibit the impersonation of emergency vehicles and law enforcement vehicles; renumbering the subsequent sections thereof; and for other purposes.
