Funding the Northern Namoneas Special Election, to fill a vacancy in the House of Representatives
To appropriate the sum $90,944 from the General Fund of the State of Chuuk for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, for the purpose of funding the Northern Namoneas Special Election to fill a vacancy in the House of Representatives, and for other purposes.
Appropriation for state development and investment programs
Appropriating the sum of $12,750,000 from the General Fund of the State from the current balance of the State’s fishing license fee revenues for the purpose of funding certain state development and investment programs, and for other purposes.
Appropriation for the Infrastructure Maintenance Funds
To appropriate the sum of $1,897,260.01 or so much thereof to the Infrastucture Maintenance Fund for the purpose of funding the maintenance projects of infrastructure facilities, and for other purposes. This bill was introduced by request of the Executive Branch.
FY2026 Proposed supplemental Budget
To amend sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 8 and 8A of CSL No. 18-25-06, as amended by CSL No. 18-25-09, by appropriating $5,435,012 from the General Fund for the purpose of funding internal operations within the Chuuk State Government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.
To amend Chuuk State Criminal Code (TSL No. 6-66) , insert a new section 420.
To amend TSL No. 6-66 and insert a new section 420, “Unlawful transmission, dissemination, distribution or publication of a private image.”
To appropriate the sum of $73,619,747 from the General Fund of the State of Chuuk for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026
To amend and increase the membership Debt Relief Task Force and include a representative from Executive Office.
To further amend sections 4 and 5 of Chuuk State Law No. 9-07-09, as amended by Chuuk State Law No. 15-19-06 to change the name of the Task Force, increase the membership of the Joint Government Restructuring Task Force, and for other purposes.
Submit the question to voters, shall there be a convention to revise or amend the constitution?
Directing the Chuuk Senate Commission in accordance with Article XIV, Section 2(a) of the Chuuk State Constitution to submit the following question to the voters in next state election on March 2, 2027, and for other purposes.
