The Honorable Chonfan Y. Herry is a dedicated public servant and community leader from Chuuk State, Federated States of Micronesia. Born on January 29, 1983, he currently serves as the Representative for District 12 in the Chuuk State Legislature House of Representatives, where he is committed to advancing policies and initiatives that support the well-being and development of his constituents.
Representative Herry’s educational journey reflects his commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning. He attended Mechitiw Elementary School in Weno, Chuuk, and continued his studies at Saramen Chuuk Academy. He later completed his high school in Salem, Oregon. Pursuing higher education both abroad and at home, he attended Chemeketa Community College in Oregon before earning an Associate of Arts degree from the College of Micronesia-FSM, Chuuk Campus, in 2014.
Throughout his career, Honorable Herry has demonstrated strong leadership, integrity, and dedication to public service. As a member of the Chuuk State Legislature, he works to address the needs of his district while contributing to the progress and prosperity of Chuuk State and the Federated States of Micronesia.
