The Honorable Freddy David is a dedicated public servant and elected Representative committed to the development and advancement of his community. He attended Chuuk High School and furthered his education at Guam Community College. Prior to his legislative service, he worked for eight years at the Immigration Office, where he gained valuable experience in public administration and government operations.

Currently, Honorable Freddy David serves as a Representative and member of the Resources and Development Committee, where he contributes to policies and initiatives focused on economic growth, sustainable resource management, and community development. His experience, leadership, and commitment to public service continue to support the progress and well-being of the people he represents.
