Honorable Junior Clemente was born on March 3, 1969. He has served as a Representative in the House of Representatives of the Chuuk State Legislature since his election to the 15th Chuuk State Legislature and continues to serve in that capacity today, representing the people of Representative District No. 7.
Throughout his legislative career, Honorable Clemente has remained committed to advocating for the needs and interests of his constituents while contributing to the growth and development of Chuuk State through effective policymaking and leadership. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, where he plays an important role in matters relating to government finance, budgeting, and fiscal oversight.
