Honorable Narciso Sebastian is a dedicated public servant and elected Representative of District No. 3 in the Chuuk State Legislature, representing the communities of Fefan, Parem, Siis, and Totiw. He currently serves as Chairman of the Education Committee in the 18th Chuuk State Legislature.
Representative Sebastian was first elected to office during the 14th Chuuk State Legislature and has continuously earned the trust and support of his constituents through successive terms, serving from the 14th through the current 18th Legislature. Throughout his legislative career, he has advanced his district’s interests while promoting policies that support education, community development, and the well-being of the people of Chuuk.
