Amending section 308 of CSL 6-66 by increasing the prohibition of the age of consumption, possession, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, including but not limited to snuff, cigarettes and/or controlled substances by persons under the age of twenty one (21) years old, prohibition of the sale or distribution to, and causing to be consumed by, a minor, by an adult, and prohibiting certain advertising of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, including but not limited to snuff, cigarettes, and/or controlled substances, providing for inspections, increasing the penalties for its violations, inclusion of vape or any types of electronic cigarettes, and for
other purposes.
