To amend Sections 1,2,3,4,5,7, and 8 of Chuuk State Law No. 17-24-21, as amended by CSL No. 17-24-22, and CSL No. 17-25-23, by appropriating the sum of $3,890,275 from the General Fund to supplement the internal operations of the Chuuk State Government whose funds derived from Local Revenue for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.
